Probrou is a free online community platform that allows users to:
- Share their own affiliate product links
- Upload their own product review videos
- Create and manage groups
- Join communities and follow other users
- Discover shopping deals shared by members
The platform enables users to build communities, interact through posts, comments, and chat features, and potentially earn income through independent affiliate programs that they join separately.
The App does not provide affiliate links, does not operate or manage any affiliate program, and does not guarantee any earnings or income. All affiliate links, videos, reviews, and related content are independently generated and shared by users.
The App does not sell, own, manufacture, distribute, or control any third-party products or services. Any purchase made through links shared on the platform is solely between the user and the respective third-party seller.
The App functions solely as a technology platform that hosts user-generated content and facilitates community interaction.
2. Prohibited Activities
By using the App, users agree that they will NOT:
- Share any unwanted, harmful, illegal, misleading, or spam links on the platform.
- Post fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized affiliate links.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or misconduct toward other users through posts, comments, or chat features.
- Impersonate another person or misuse another user’s account.
- Upload videos, images, or content that belong to someone else without proper permission.
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
- Share content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
If any such content is reported or detected, the App reserves the right to take strict action, including content removal, temporary restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, users agree to the following responsibilities:
3.1 Accurate Information
Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including but not limited to: Product name, Product price or cost, Product link, Personal details such as name, age, email address, and date of birth.
3.2 No Illegal Content or Links
Users must not upload, share, or promote any illegal content, prohibited products, or unlawful links.
3.3 No Fake or Misleading Ads
Users must not post fake advertisements, false product claims, misleading pricing, or deceptive affiliate links.
3.4 Copyright Responsibility
Any copyright infringement is solely the responsibility of the uploading user.
3.5 User Accountability
Users are fully responsible for the content, links, and information they post on the platform. If any violation is reported or detected, the App reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, suspend users, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Any business loss or money loss.
- Any indirect or unexpected damages.
- Any actions or problems caused by third-party sellers, affiliate programs, or other users.
- Any issues related to affiliate link payments, commissions, delays, or non-payment.
The App only provides a platform for users to share content and links. All purchases, earnings, and third-party interactions are conducted at the user’s own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
The brand name, logo, trademarks, and all related branding elements of [vitledg] are the exclusive property of the Company.
The content uploaded by users belongs to them, not Probrou.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, use, or resell the brand name, logo, or any branding materials without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s branding may result in legal action.
6. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any user account at our discretion if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.
We may also remove any advertisement, link, video, or other content that violates our policies without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
